Batam Aftermath - The Real Thing

Wooo! The trip was awesome!
I loved the room, the whole beautiful hotel look and almost everything that they have.

First day we came, checked in at around 3pm plus,
slacked and looked at what the hotel has to offer.
Looked around and found a pool table.
Did not take any photos of us playing though
but we have been playing the pool for hours every night.
We went out across the street to have lunch and it was okay because looking at the state of it,
I did not expect much.

Ended the day with pool.

Second day of the trip is where the fun begins.
Had a wonderful breakfast buffet at 6:30am!
Way too early and all of us ended up "sleeping" at the dining table.
It was hilarious.
Then in the afternoon we went Jet Skiing and Para-Sailing!

Though, the downside to the Jet Ski is that a 'guard' will follow you and he does the acceleration while I steer.
I say steer because this one has a steering wheel, not a 'bike' handle.
Unlike the ones at Batam View and Mayang Sari
where I can ride and accelerate at my own free will,
this one was a different experience.
But it was still a hell lot of fun. :D

I have to admit, I was terrified during the Para-Sailing cause it was high.
Yes I was afraid of the strong wind pulling me higher and the fear of falling into the sea.

The place where they hold this activities is called the Monkey Hut near Harris Beach Resort,
which I am proud to say that I have been there too.

After that we went back to our Hotel and me and my brother went for a swim.

Ended the day with pool.

Third day of the stay, we went to Nagoya Shopping Mall.
It was impromptu as I was not interested in shopping
but we got bored as there was nothing to do.
Did not do much there, just bought some food.

Returning from the mall we planned for Go Karting!

It was freaking fun. I swear.

After a long day out, went back to the hotel and played with the kids slide,
I was literally not sliding down at all.

Again ended the day with pool.

Last day of the trip, need to check out at 12pm.
At 10am I was already halfway across the ocean.
I was on the Jet Ski again for the last time.

We decided to play that again because our cousins wanted
to try the activities there so we kinda just followed them.

Checked out, ferried home and here I am. :)
I think for this trip I have maximized every second of it.

Here are some random pictures of the trip!

We will continue our hunger for vacations like this again someday. :)
